If you are not happy with your first delivery of content, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
You are eligible for a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of your first content delivery and have not approved or published any of the delivered content. This guarantee applies to creative services only (social media posts, videos, blogs, emails).
The following are non-refundable: services already delivered and approved by you, ad management services (Meta Ads, Google Ads), Instagram Growth services, and any subscription months beyond the 14-day guarantee period.
Email us at support@digibabaa.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. Cancellations stop future billing but do not result in a refund for the current period. To cancel, contact your account manager or email support@digibabaa.com with 7 days notice.
