After subscribing, complete the onboarding questionnaire within 5 business days to avoid delays. Include your logo files (SVG/PNG), brand colours (hex codes), brand voice guide, and any content preferences or restrictions.
You will receive your content via our platform. Review it within 5 business days. Provide specific, actionable feedback — vague feedback like "I don't like it" without direction makes it difficult to improve. The more specific your feedback, the better your revisions will be.
Month 1 allows up to 3 revision rounds. From month 2 onwards, 1 revision round per batch. Each revision round is a complete round of changes — consolidate all your feedback into one message per round.
All communication should go through your account manager during business hours (Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm EST). We aim to respond to all messages within 4 business hours. For urgent issues, mark your message as urgent.
Approve your content before the end of each month so we can schedule it correctly. If you have not responded within 10 business days of delivery, we will assume the content is approved unless you have raised concerns.
For posting services, you will need to grant our team social media access. We use a read/schedule-only access level — we cannot see your messages or personal information.
