By subscribing to Digibabaa services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our platform and services.
Digibabaa provides social media content creation, video production, SEO, and advertising management services on a monthly subscription basis. Services are delivered as described on our pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days written notice before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on creative services. If you are not satisfied with your first content delivery, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. After this period, all sales are final.
Upon full payment, you own all content created exclusively for you. Stock assets used in your content remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
Revision rounds are as stated in your plan. Additional revisions beyond your allowance may be purchased at $29 per round.
Digibabaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding month.
